The Questek WiFi system gives Residents the freedom to move. Mobile pendants worn by the Residents are monitored by the system and if a Resident makes a call, the system can locate them. No longer are staff directed to a bedroom when the Resident is in the dining room.  Instantly, staff are notified of who and where, ensuring that the response can be immediate.

The Questek WiFi system connects to the internet for remote maintenance and monitoring, giving multi-campus sites the ability to centralise their monitoring, even allowing for calls to be transmitted between sites for campuses that are unstaffed, such as villages. Nurse calls can be sent via the internet anywhere at any time. Head office reporting provides key staff with information on average room temperature, battery life, nurse calls and much more.
